I know, I haven’t been around much lately. I have been rushing from one thing to the next.
First off, I have joined another guild. Right now I am still considered a recruit. I have two weeks to prove to them that I am good enough for their guild. Well, I only have one week now since I have been in there for about a week now.
It’s pretty scary starting over. Especially since the last guild was so lax in everything they did. However, I am glad to see that Essayons is still thriving and that they just had a nice influx of new members. They are even doing things together as a guild now. I guess it was a little shake up since quite a few of us left right after each other.
Anyway, this new guild is named Defiant. It is a rather large guild. It is so nice to be able to log in and see other people online. There were times when I would log in while in Essayons and I would be the only one online for hours at a time.
Quite a few of the members of Defiant have been trying to help me get some better gear and better spells. I just sent off a ton of tyn to Null to get some spell upgrades made. That should help out with my DPS considerably.
They have also been helping me on my epic weapon quest. I am almost done with the fabled version. I have one more group instance and then a final fight with Phrotis. The fight is what I am most afraid of. From everything I see, it looks like it is a solo fight and you have to be very careful. He uses these elementals against you and they can buff him and cause heat damage to you. However, you can dominate them if you do it just right. If you do, then they will buff you and do damage to him instead.
Anyway, you are probably wondering what the heck the name of the post has to do with what I just wrote about…. Absolutely nothing! LOL!!
Actually, I am currently reading Hot Six by Janet Evanovich. If you haven’t read any of her books, then I suggest running out to your car and heading to the closest book store! There have been way too many nights in which I stay up late reading because I can’t put these books down.
Plus, they are so hysterical that I am afraid to read them in public. I have laughed until my sides ached and tears were streaming down my face. I have no clue where she comes up with the ideas, but I think she is an absolute genius.
I would love to have a grandma like Grandma Mazur. She is completely off-the-wall and totally awesome.
Oh and I was so mad at the ending of book 5. She completely left us hanging. Thankfully I am reading them now instead of when it was first written. I had to run to the other room to go grab book 6 to find out what happened. If I had to wait months to find out, I would have gone nuts!!
